REFUND POLICY

DCHOUSEOFFASHIONSONLINE.COM REFUND POLICY:

PURCHASES MADE VIA DCHOUSEOFFASHIONSONLINE.COM:

Items purchased via dchouseoffashionsonline.com are eligible for store credit or exchange within 14 days of customer’s receipt of merchandise. A valid RMA # is required for items to be returned.

A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked as FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for store credit or exchange.

If you are not satisfied with the items purchased on our website, you may return them for a store credit or exchange, less a 20% restock fee which will be deducted from the amount of the total purchase price. All returns must be received by dchouseoffashionsonline.com within 7 days from the date of receipt of merchandise. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Shipping fees or taxes related to the shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

Customers are responsible for all in/outbound and return shipping costs.

**Exceptions to this policy will be made for defective items or shipment of wrong item(s) only**. In the event of defective merchandise, or a shipment of the wrong item, DC House of Fashions, L.L.C will reimburse the customer for the cost of shipping the merchandise back. In order to receive a reimbursement for the shipping costs back to dchouseoffashionsonline.com, customer MUST ship the merchandise back either standard mail or other GROUND shipping services. If any other methods are used (Next day, 2nd day, 3 day, etc.) shipping costs will not be reimbursed even in the event of damaged or wrong shipped merchandise.

RETURNS:

  • Returns must be requested within 48 hours from the date of receipt of merchandise. (Including delivery day)
  • A Return Confirmation Number (RMA) is required to return your merchandise by mail. (Any items shipped without a confirmation or outside of the Return Policy Guidelines will not be credited)
  • The returning merchandise should be received within 14 days from the time the RMA is issued. Items received after 14 days will NOT be credited. (If a package is delayed during delivery it is your responsibility to immediately contact us about your situation so we may assist you)
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged with original tags / labels attached.
  • Returns are processed within two weeks of the packaged invoice.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:

  • If any item is delivered damaged you have 48 Hours to contact us for assistance. (It is the buyers responsibility to check for any damaged clothing upon opening the package once it’s delivered)
  • In the event of defective merchandise, or a shipment of the wrong item, DC House of Fashions, L.L.C will reimburse the customer for the cost of shipping the merchandise back. In order to receive a reimbursement for the shipping costs back to dchouseoffashionsonline.com, customer MUST ship the merchandise back either standard mail or other GROUND shipping services. If any other methods are used (Next day, 2nd day, 3 day, etc.) shipping costs will not be reimbursed even in the event of damaged or wrong shipped merchandise.

IN-STORE:

  • Any Items purchased online are NOT eligible to be returned at Retail Location. Items purchased Online MUST be returned Online with a VALID RMA Number
  • Items Purchased In-Store are NOT eligible for return ONLINE. In-Store Purchases MUST be returned at the same location purchased within the Return Policy Window. 

SHOES:

  • All shoes must be packed in the original box and shipped inside a separate box. 
  • Use a protective box or wrap with thick paper. Item(s) received unwrapped or without the original box will be rejected or be presented with a 20% restocking fee
  • All shoes have a flat rate $9.95 shipping charge and are not included in free shipping promotions

RESTOCK RETURNS:

Any returns which go unclaimed with unpaid invoices from the original invoice date after 3 months will be forfeited and put back into the inventory. (NO EXCEPTIONS) we cannot hold a return for more than 90 Days. 

$10 SALE ITEMS:

All $10 Sale Items are FINAL SALE. No Returns for Exchanges or Store credit.

GIFT CERTIFICATES/STORE CREDIT:

Orders placed with store credit and or gift certificates make the order final sale.

The order is not returnable for store credit, only exchange if the item is available or valid.

We do not allow double returns (only one return for an exchange will be processed).

GENERAL - SALE ITEMS:

Any item with a red line marked through and / or has final sale written on the outfit is deemed a final sale and is non-returnable

RESTOCKING FEE:

It is the customers’ responsibility to verify their shipping address. In general, any packages returned to us because it was deemed undeliverable will be charged a 50% restocking fee plus shipping charges. 

DMV Pickup - It is our policy to hold merchandise selected for pick up for a period of 7 calendar days before refunding the item, minus any restocking fee(s). A 15% restocking fee, applicable to the item's original price (does not include shipping costs), applies to all "Original" "Sale" and "Final Sale" items.

EXCHANGES:

Please contact us if you’re interested in exchanging your item (must be within the 48 hour contact / 14 day return window)

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping charges if the product is being exchanged.

Invoices will be billed out separately to cover shipping costs.

If the exchange is not available at the time store credit will be issued in replacement for the full value of the product (minus shipping).  

RETURNS/EXCHANGE (INSTRUCTIONS):

Any package received without being pre-authorized with a return i.d. will not be credited. You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost back to you.

Any package returned LATE will not be issued store credit. Customer will be responsible for postage back to their delivery address. NO EXCEPTIONS. It is the customer’s responsibility to return all authorized items within 14 days of the RMA issue date.

REFUNDS:

NO REFUNDS. Store Credit or exchange ONLY. You will have to pay additional shipping for any exchange.

Non-Returnable Items = (Final Sale Items)

The following items are non-returnable. Credit will not be issued for the following:

  1. Items marked down 50-70% off (Special Offers Included)
  2. Accessories
  3. Bodysuits & Bathing Suits
  4. Party Dress
  5. Jewelry
  6. Refused Packages

Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us. Orders shipped via UPS are subject to the 'Terms and Conditions of Service' as detailed on UPS.com.

Check Your Email: We will send you an email once your return has been received at our fulfillment center and processed and the proper account is credited. You should expect the credit to be processed within 10-14 business days after we have received your return and should appear on your credit card statement within 1-2 billing cycles.

Returns will be processed within 10-14 business days from the date we receive your return package at our returns facility.

WALMART.COM REFUND POLICY:

All purchases made via walmart.com are subject to the refund terms according to the affiliate website. Please check Walmart.com for their refund policy. DHoFTN conforms to all Walmart.com policies.

Please Note: For International orders, DHoFTN does not reimburse for Customs/Duties/Tariffs paid.
