  • ANSWER #1: DC House of Fashions accepts orders 24 hours x 7 days per week online. 

 

-- QUESTION #2: WHAT'S YOUR RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

-- QUESTION #4: I WANT TO EDIT OR CANCEL MY ORDER.

  • ANSWER #4: Orders can only be edited or canceled if they are no longer processing. Most orders begin processing within 4-6 hours of purchase. Please reach out to customer support at customersupport@dchouseoffashions.com to ascertain if your order can still be edited or canceled. 

 

-- QUESTION #5: WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

  • ANSWER #5: All domestic orders with a standard shipping selection generally take 4-7 business days to process before being shipped out with tracking. During the holiday season, processing times may be extended. The 4-7 business days takes into account average arrival dates for all pre and back orders.

 

-- QUESTION #6: HOW DO I UTILIZE A STORE CREDIT CODE?

  • ANSWER #6: Please enter the coupon code e-mailed to you in the discount code section at check out. Your order will be adjusted by the amount of your store credit. Note that any additional funding required over the store credit amount is due at the time of checkout.
